The challenge we had to solve:

In order to promptly respond to all changes in the information infrastructure, the Kyiv City State Administration asked our specialists to develop a technical solution that will help to carry out large-scale data collection on the performance of various IT services and specialized equipment. 

The Belintech team offered to create a stable system for collecting, processing and storing parameters of the customer's IT landscape. This approach allows you to predict and warn of possible failures in the work of IT resources, because the system automatically notifies about problems.

Within the implementation of the project, we:

• picked up the architecture of the solution and conducted a pilot project;
• delivered a specialized complex of software and resource management, installed and integrated it;
• taught the staff to use the equipment;
• provide technical support and support.

The solution was implemented using SolarWinds and Dynatrace hardware.

 

Result of cooperation

Thanks to the implemented solution, all services of the Kyiv City State Administration are able to promptly respond to possible threats or technical malfunctions of the complex IT system.
