Municipality of the central part of Ukraine

The challenge we had to solve:

In conditions of full-scale war and systematic shelling and cyber attacks by the Russian Federation, it is especially important for Ukrainian municipalities to be able to quickly disseminate information, as well as to provide access to centralized data processing systems, control and response systems  for the operational work of law enforcement and other authorities. 

The goal of Belintech Ukraine specialists in this project was to reserve services and information and communication systems for the needs of utility companies. In addition, it was necessary to protect the core of the city network and establish the functioning of the equipment necessary for the uninterrupted operation of services. 

Within the implementation of the project, we:

• carried out large-scale construction and assembly works;
• supplied equipment for cooling and ventilation systems, energy supply and uninterruptible power supply, lighting, monitoring, structured cable systems, network infrastructure equipment, servers, data storage networks, IT security systems;
• carried out settings and commissioning works;
• created a cloud infrastructure for municipal services.

The solution was implemented using equipment from Schneider Electric, ARS, Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, HRE, Reichle & De-Massari, VMware, Milestone, BriefCam. 

Result of cooperation

As a result of the project implementation, we managed to build a secure data processing center (data processing center) for municipality services. This ensures the vital activities of the city and the information and analytical activities of the structural divisions of the municipality in war conditions, as well as increases the level of security of citizens and helps coordinate actions to prevent and eliminate external threats.
